Sharing Our Story
The Mission of the Marketing Committee is to promote a positive image to residents, potential residents and external constituents of The Village at Castle Pines in a consistent manner through various forms of communication.
The Marketing Committee’s goals include:
- Increase awareness of the value of The Village at Castle Pines to external audiences
- Partner with Realtors to ensure we positively impact real estate demand and property values within the Village
- Develop a greater sense of community with the Village Shops and Restaurants
- Open lines of communication between the Village Committees and Castle Pines Country Club
- Develop relationships with influencers: Cherokee Ranch, Metro District, and Douglas County
- Measure our resident’s satisfaction with living in the Village
- Continue to enhance and update the communications such as advertising, social media, website and brochures
