Homeowners can opt not to purchase a new transponder for their vehicle. Resident vehicles can still be identified by the resident sticker on the driver’s side of the windshield; they are available free of charge from ES, however, vehicles with a resident sticker only and no access transponder must enter the community through a staffed gate and in the visitor lane.

Service providers that visit your home three or more times a week may receive a transponder for their vehicle. This transponder will only be active for 6 months at a time and will only allow entry through the gate that is on the same side of the Village as the resident’s home. Access cards are not sold to non-residents. The resident must come in with the service provider to the ES office to purchase a transponder; the service provider must bring their vehicle, vehicle registration, driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Village Lake Fitness Center Access Cards
Access cards must be purchased to use the Fitness Center ($5.00 each). They can be purchased at the Homes Association office and require you to have a liability waiver on file.
