There are many great things about an established neighborhood – beautiful mature trees, long-time neighbors, and a well-established Homes Association. In the case of the Village at Castle Pines, in addition to the established residents, we enjoy an experienced Board of Directors and leadership longevity at the Homes Association, which manifests as a fiscally conservative team that commits to keeping our facilities and amenities top of their class.
As we look to some considerable capital improvements in 2024, 2023 will be a year to take care of what we already have. And there is so much! With five tennis and four pickleball courts, three pools, a recently remodeled fitness center, and 13 miles of trails, the Village already enjoys a best-in-class collection of amenities.
In 2023 you can expect the Castle Pines Homes Association to invest in keeping our amenities in tip-top shape.
- Resurfacing on several of our tennis courts
- Resurfacing the Canyon Club pool
- Expanding and resurfacing several popular trails
- Adding shade structures to the Summit Club pool,
- Adding shade structures to the Village Life Fitness Center pool
- Purchasing new furniture as needed for our three pools
In addition to keeping our amenities in great shape, we will continue with our many popular events. This year, after a three-year hiatus, the Winterfest event is returning! That means it’s time to break out the sleds and cold weather gear and enjoy chili, hot chocolate, and winter games with your neighbors. And this summer, we’ll be bringing back Music in the Park and Movie in the Park.
With the BMW Championship golf tournament coming to our community in 2024, we’ll be putting forth an extra effort to keep our community looking its very best.
As our community has grown, so has the use of our amenities. This this year, we will invest in taking care of what we have so that future residents get the best of both worlds: the benefits of a long-established, well-run neighborhood combined with up-to-date amenities and services.
