All five gates at the Village at Castle Pines are monitored to ensure the privacy and safety of residents and their guests. Our Douglas County neighborhood also maintains its own in-house Emergency Services department, which supplements the services provided by Douglas County and South Metro Fire Rescue Authority. Castle Pines Emergency Services (CPES) is responsible for providing Safety, Security, and Service to the residents and visitors of the Village. Funded by homeowner assessments, CPES is staffed 24/7/365, including holidays. CPES dispatch and administrative offices are located in the CPHA building.

In addition to maintaining the security of residents, Emergency Services can also help with EMT services, wildlife situations, or traffic accidents. Having this service provides such peace of mind for residents.

The Village at Castle Pines is the only gated community in the Denver metro area to provide such comprehensive emergency services to its residents.
