Application

The Design Review process is  simple and straightforward and begins with an Exterior Modification/Landscape Application.  All new construction and exterior modifications to existing homes including landscape changes require Design Review approval. Submit the completed application along with  drawings and relevant documents to the Castle Pines Homes Association at 688 W. Happy Canyon Road, or DRC@thevillagecastlepines.com.
