Wildcat Corner

An Extension of Your Living Room

The community room at the CPHA building, the Wildcat Corner,  is available for residents to reserve for functions and events.  The room includes a large meeting table, smaller individual tables, screen and technology for meeting and a small lounge area with a couch and a few chairs. There are bathrooms, a small catering kitchen and door access directly to the parking lot.

 Functions are limited to 100 people maximum and may be scheduled for any day of the week from 7 am to 11 pm.

  • The Wildcat Corner Community Room is not available to outside organizations without a resident sponsor. A refundable security deposit is required, and a rental fee may be charged depending upon the nature of the event (see room policy above for more information).
  • There is limited parking at the CPHA building. The resident reserving the room must coordinate parking with Emergency Services. Guests from outside of the community will not be permitted to enter the community to park at one of the community’s recreational facilities parking lot. Reservation requests during the Homes Association office’s normal operating hours may be subject to limited parking.


Call the Castle Pines Homes Association office to reserve the room or use the online form linked above. The request form, plus any required deposits, room rental fees, and proof of insurance, are outlined in the guidelines above.

The Homes Association reserves the right to approve all Wildcat Corner Community Room rental requests. Rental requests are not guaranteed until confirmation of the room rental is provided by the Homes Association.
