Payment Authorization Form

The Village at Castle Pines Services and Amenities CPHA dues are assessed according to whether the home is a custom or cluster property and are due on the first day of the month and will be considered late after the 15th. Late fees and interest will be assessed after the 15th. Statements will be sent only to accounts that are delinquent. Dues can be paid through an automatic withdrawal from a bank account or by check delivered to the CPHA at 688 W. Happy Canyon Road.
