Keeping You in the Know

The Village Communications Committee (VCC) was established in the spring of 2002 by the CPHA and the Metro District. The mission of this team is to use improved communications to create a greater sense of community for residents of The Village at Castle Pines.

The Mission of the Village Communications Committee is to determine the best way to get the desired information to residents and other interested parties in a timely, cost-effective, and compelling manner. We work to fulfill that mission through:

  • Improving the overall communication of news, events, and life within the Village.
  • Developing an ongoing communication strategy for the newsletter, email blast, and website, linking the sources of communication within the Village – CPHA, Metro District, Sub-associations, and others as appropriate.
  • Creating a greater sense of community.

The VCC is also responsible for the creation and distribution of a variety of information vehicles designed specifically for Village residents. These include the bi-monthly Village Reporter print newsletter, the Village Weekly Email Newsletter, gate signs at each gate entrance, and this website.

All communication vehicles for the CPHA, follow specific editorial and content guidelines to present fair & balanced community news. All content must be reviewed by the CPHA or Metro District before print. To learn, visit the link below to view the Communications Guidelines document.
