This bi-monthly publication provides information on topics of interest to the entire community. Resident access to most recent.
Residents can access forms, a calendar of events, and the reservation system through their login.
Each gate entrance has a sign box with information on upcoming events, reminders concerning wildlife, and other information.
The Emergency Services Emergency Notification System can quickly notify residents of critical issues. This process is voluntary, and residents can register with Emergency Services.
Facebook and Instagram social channels are fun ways to follow pictures and updates of Village happenings. Anyone can follow us and get to know the Village—even if they don’t live here (yet).
As a policy, the Village does not monitor or contribute to Nextdoor. If you have a question, ask the Homes Association first. Please note that even if you select the Village at Castle Pines as your neighborhood, people outside our neighborhood can often see your posts.
Residents can attend the following meetings and events for updates.
Board Meetings—All residents may attend board meetings in person or via Zoom. These are a great way to stay informed about the village’s strategic direction.
Coffee with the Manager—General Manager Mark Larson regularly conducts Coffee with the Manager meetings, giving residents updates on the Village’s upcoming news.
CPHA Committee Meetings— Committee meetings are scheduled and open to residents who want to attend.
CPHA Annual Meeting—Held each spring, the annual meeting is a time to meet the different committees, get updates from the board, participate in the board of directors elections, and ask questions of leadership.
