Dues

Castle Pines Homes Association members are assessed monthly dues to pay for services such as Emergency Services and trash collection. They are also used to pay for the upkeep of our many amenities, such as pools, trails, and courts. The Village’s Board of Directors is committed to fiscal stewardship and ensures dues are carefully expended while caring for and continually upgrading our current amenities.

Castle Pines Homes Association Member Dues

The Village at Castle Pines dues for services and amenities are assessed according to whether the home is a custom or cluster property. Nineteen sub-associations are considered cluster properties and assessed additional dues.

Dues payments are due on the first day of the month and will be considered late after the 15th. Late fees and interest will be assessed after the 15th. Statements will be sent only to delinquent accounts.

Dues can be paid by check mailed or delivered to the Homes Association office, or, for your convenience, monthly assessments can be paid directly by auto debit from your financial institution. Please complete a Debit Authorization form and attach a copy of a voided check. Then, mail or drop off the documents to the Castle Pines Homes Association office.
