Recently renovated and packed with new equipment, Village residents enjoy the convenience of their daily workout, whether it is a lap swim, a cardio session, or a class offered by one of the instructors.
Residents are free to use the fitness center. The VLFC, including the pool, is an adult-only facility (18 and up).

Cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical, spin cycles, recumbent bikes, stair climbers, and rowing machines
A studio for yoga, pilates, and other classes. Fee-based classes may be offered by external groups.

The VLFC is open daily from 4:30 am to 10:00 pm. Hours may be restricted when necessary.
Each resident household may bring up to six (6) guests to use Village facilities. A resident of that household must accompany all guests.
A resident access card is required for entry. Residents must visit the Emergency Services window in the CPHA office to sign a Fitness Center Use Agreement to have their card activated for the Village Lake Fitness Center.
The VLFC pool and spa opens around Memorial Day weekend and closes at the end of November, weather permitting. Pool hours are the same as the facility’s operating hours. This pool is for adults only and is not lifeguard-supervised.
