New Residents

Committees

The Village prides itself on its active volunteer committees, which help keep our community running smoothly and costs down. More than 100 volunteers serve on ten committees, and our Board of Directors is also 100% volunteer.

Homes Association & Committees

The Homes Association staff coordinates with Board appointed committees comprised of resident volunteers. These committees play a vital role in community life. Volunteering for one of the CPHA committees is a great way to meet fellow residents and enhance the community you live in at the same time. The Castle Pines Homes Association has numerous committees where homeowners get an opportunity to see the association’s inner workings and affect policy and procedures.
