New Residents

Summit Club Pool and Pavilion

With a rumored 300 days of sunshine, many residents love having spots to soak up the sun. The Summit Club is one of two pavilion-style clubhouse amenities in the Village and the perfect place to get outdoors. With sweeping views and a lovely breeze, even in the heat of summer, you’ll feel refreshed.

Playground and Park on the Northside of the Village

The Summit Club is located on a four-acre site on the Village’s north side. The facility is open to all residents on a first-come-first-served basis and may not be reserved for private functions. The pavilion is accessible via a pool pass.
