The community room at the CPHA building is available for residents to reserve for a wide variety of functions and events. All functions are limited to 100 people maximum and may be scheduled for any day of the week from 7 am to 11 pm.

Please note the Community Room is not available to outside organizations without a resident sponsor. A refundable security deposit is required and a rental fee may be charged depending upon the nature of the event (see room policy above for more information).
To reserve the room click on the link above to check availability for your desired date and time. Download the reservation form and return it to the Castle Pines Homes Association office along with a deposit check, room rental fee (if applicable – see room policy), and proof of insurance (if applicable – see room policy, events serving alcohol only)
The Homes Association reserves the right to approve all Community Room rental requests. Rental requests are not guaranteed until all paperwork is received and confirmation of the room rental is provided by the Homes Association.
Please note there is limited parking at the CPHA building. The resident reserving the room must coordinate parking with Emergency Services. Guests from outside of the community will not be permitted to enter the community to park at one of the community’s recreational facilities parking lot. Reservation requests during the Homes Association office’s normal operating hours may be subject to limited parking only.
