An Extension of Your Living Room

The community room at the CPHA building is available for residents to reserve for various functions and events. Functions may be scheduled for any day of the week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Maximum Occupancy: 100 people

The Community Room is not available to outside organizations without a resident sponsor. 

A refundable security deposit and/or an hourly rental fee may be required. Please read the Community Room Usage Policy and Guidelines document in its entirety, as there are specific requirements for cleaning the room, removing trash, serving alcoholic beverages, maximum attendance, and parking availability. If you have questions and would like to reserve the space, please get in touch with the Homes Association Office.

To reserve the room, call the Castle Pines Homes Association office along with a deposit check, room rental fee (if applicable), and proof of insurance, if applicable.

The Homes Association reserves the right to approve all Community Room rental requests. Rental requests are not guaranteed until all paperwork is received and the Homes Association confirms the room rental.

Please be aware that although the space can be rented for up to 100 guests, parking is extremely limited. The resident reserving the room must coordinate parking with Emergency Services. Guests from outside of the community will not be permitted to enter the community to park at one of the community’s recreational facilities parking lot.

Reservation requests during the Homes Association office’s regular operating hours may be subject to limited parking only. Event parking is limited to 10 spots in the Homes Association parking lot during CPHA business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
