Any site or exterior improvements, additions, or modifications must receive approval from the Design Review Committee.

Preparation Speeds up the Process

Please attach the appropriate plans, materials, fees, and information. Plans must be at least 17” x 24” and two copies are required. The following are examples of items requiring approval.

Paint or stucco color submittal (minimum 12”x12” sample required)
Architectural changes (modifications to exterior, structures, or materials)
Roofing replacement (samples required)
Deck, patio, patio cover, hot tub, fire pit
Trees, shrubs, flower beds
Walkways, driveway and apron, retaining walls
Lighting: garden and exterior (cut sheets required)
Dog run, invisible fence
Garden structures: arbor, gazebo, fountain, water feature, sculpture
Recreation equipment: play set, basketball court or hoop, trampoline, etc.
Solar panels or satellite dish
