Open Houses

We invite you to conduct open houses for your clients. There are just a few standards the Village has set to ensure our environment maintains its beauty.

  • Open Houses will be allowed only on Sundays (unless the Sunday falls on a national holiday).
  • There will be no fees for hosting an Open House.
  • Open House hours will be between 11:00 am & 4:00 pm.
  • There is no limit to the number of Open Houses that can be scheduled on a Sunday.
  • Only one Open House sign is permitted and must be placed on the property. No directional signs will be allowed in the Village.
  • DCSO prohibits placing Open House signs on Happy Canyon, including the Happy Canyon roundabouts.
  • Gate Officers will provide Open House visitors with a Village map identifying the addresses of the Open Houses.
  • Please call the On Duty Supervisor (303) 550-2992 or Steve Camino (303) 952-0924 for Agents, Brokers, or Homeowners who arrive at a gate for an Open House but are not on the Open House list.

Open House Registration Forms must be received no later than 72 hours before the scheduled open house and should be emailed to: ES Administrator Steve Camino at scamino@thevillagecastlepines.com Open Houses may be held on each Sunday of each month (unless it falls on a national holiday) between the hours of 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is no limit to the number of Open Houses that may be scheduled on a given Sunday and no limit to the number of times an Open House may be scheduled for an individual property. The listing Broker or homeowner may identify the house by placing an approved Open House sign on the property on the day of the Open House only. Directional signs are prohibited. Douglas County also prohibits any signs outside the Village. Gate Officers will provide visitors with a map of the Village identifying the addresses of registered homes.
